01 · Challenge
The operational context
Large, geographically distributed inventory programs depend on accurate asset records, consistent procedures and timely exception resolution. Duplicate records, inactive assets, location discrepancies, access issues and inconsistent field practices can reduce confidence in reporting and create avoidable support work.
02 · My role
Connecting the system to the work
As an enterprise system subject-matter expert and analyst, I research operational issues, trace information across connected processes, coordinate with users and stakeholders, and translate recurring problems into corrective actions, clearer guidance and reporting resources.
03 · Approach
A structured path from issue to improvement
- Analyze user-support trends, audit exceptions and recurring discrepancy patterns.
- Validate records across AMS, IFS Apps10, MCOD, Tableau and related workflows.
- Clarify ownership and requirements with field personnel, program leadership and technical teams.
- Create job aids, procedures, training and management-facing reporting to support consistent action.
04 · Outcome
Practical improvement
The work strengthens asset visibility, improves audit readiness, reduces ambiguity for users and gives program stakeholders a more reliable basis for prioritizing corrective action.
05 · Tools
Platforms and methods
AMS, IFS Apps10, MCOD, Tableau, Excel, Confluence, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
