I operate at the intersection of users, data, systems, documentation, and program delivery.

Trace records across systems, identify exceptions and patterns, build decision-ready reporting, and help leaders prioritize the right actions.
Create repeatable processes, self-service documentation, training, access governance, and escalation paths that reduce friction for distributed teams.
Connect technical changes to real user impact through role-based training, communications, testing support, and continuous feedback.

Capabilities
Tools matter, but the value comes from applying them to improve decisions, workflows, governance, and user outcomes.
About
My career began in drafting, warehouse operations, and logistics. That foundation gives me a practical view of how policies, data, systems, and handoffs affect the people doing the work.
Today, I support complex business systems and improvement initiatives across large, regulated programs. I am completing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Maine at Presque Isle, expected November 2026.
Outside of work, I build practical resources for foster families through New Day Foster, combining mission-driven content with product thinking, digital operations, and web delivery.
I am especially interested in remote or hybrid business analyst, systems analyst, revenue operations, program operations, and strategic program roles.
