01 · Challenge
The operational context
Operational workflows often grow through email, spreadsheets and informal handoffs. Over time, unclear ownership, inconsistent information and limited status visibility can create delays and rework.

Connecting the system to the work
I analyze the current process, clarify stakeholder needs, identify friction points and help translate requirements into a more structured workflow supported by documentation, reporting and user readiness.

- Map the current state, decision points, roles, inputs and exceptions.
- Identify gaps in ownership, visibility, documentation and user understanding.
- Support workflow improvements using Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams and related enterprise tools.
- Develop training, job aids and communications so the improved process is understandable and sustainable.
